Kverneland Group Business Area After Sales is the entity within Kverneland Group that is responsible to coordinate all activities within the Spare Parts sales and supply, also including the Service Area. Main activity is at the Central Distribution Centre in Metz, France and at the head-office in Norway.

Profile Sales Manager:

You are responsible for Importer, Over Seas Kubota Sales Companies and OEM customers for Kverneland Group After Sales activities. In close collaboration with Kverneland Group International, you are able to achieve long-term relationships and sustainable cooperation with our partners globally. Your efforts target towards existing and new markets, utilizing our marketing and communication tools in order to support the Kverneland Group product brands and vision.

You are robust and visionary with highly self-motivated drive. You have documented performance objectives. You are a quality performer with great communication skills and structural appearance to the tasks. You can coordinate activities and know how to change crazy ideas into valuable marketing activities for our partners, securing profitability for them. You are a motivating team player and familiar to work in an International environment in a Matrix organizational structure, reporting to Director Sales & Marketing, Group After Sales.

Main responsibilities:

. Managing all sales and marketing activities for your markets

. Develop new After Sales activities in line with Kverneland Group objectives for your markets.

. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

. Responsible for sales budget and targets for your customers.

. Responsible for utilization of marketing material in line with marketing plans.

. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities.

. Analyzing new potential strategic partnerships.

Skills:

. BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

. Strong business sense and AG industry expertise

. Strong English communication skills. Additional language skills will be an advantage
